What people ask before hiring us
How much does a website cost in the Val d'Aran?
At Klaros a website costs €1,200 (one page), €2,400 (full site) or €3,900 (multilingual system), VAT excluded, with a fixed price agreed before we start. Monthly plans start at €290.
If you only want to fix what you already have, La Base is a one-off €490.
What is GEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) means preparing your business so AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews can read it, understand it and cite it when someone asks them. SEO aims for a place in a list; GEO aims to be the answer.
Do you do web design and digital marketing in Vielha and Baqueira?
Yes. We work in person in Vielha, Baqueira and the rest of the Val d'Aran, and remotely across Spain. The diagnosis can be at your place or by video call.
We work in Spanish, Catalan, Aranese and English.
How do I get ChatGPT to recommend my business?
You need three things: a website that can be read without running JavaScript, concrete facts published on it (prices, opening hours, area, languages), and consistency between your site, your Google Business Profile, maps and directories.
Assistants don't recommend whoever sells themselves best; they recommend whoever they can pull clear facts from and verify in more than one place.
How long until I see results?
The CRM and automations start saving you time the day they're switched on. Visibility in search engines and assistants builds up gradually and depends on your competition: that's why we measure it every month and show you the number, with no promises.
How many changes can I ask for?
Up to three rounds of changes before the website goes live, included in the fixed price.
Is the website mine or yours?
Yours, from day one. The domain is registered in your name, the code is yours and your customer data is yours. You can take it to another agency whenever you like.
That is the opposite of subscription platforms, where the site disappears the day you stop paying.
Why don't I show up on Google Maps if my business exists?
Almost always for one of three reasons: your Google profile is incomplete or unverified, your name, address or phone number don't match everywhere you appear, or you have no recent reviews.
All three can be fixed, and none of them costs money, only doing it properly.
What if I already have a website?
In the diagnosis we tell you whether it can be fixed or whether rebuilding it is cheaper. Many template sites improve a lot just with structured data and a properly set-up Google profile.

Who's behind it
I've been on your side of the counter.
I'm Octavio Ramirez. Before building websites, I worked in restaurants on the floor, in management and running my own place: in the Caribbean from 2019, then in Formentera, Ibiza and here in the Val d'Aran, where I ran Eth Hurat, a small restaurant in Vielha.
I know what it's like to close the kitchen and keep answering messages. I know how many hours go into work that isn't your trade.
Before hospitality, I studied International Business at UNITEC (Mexico) and worked at Bridgestone Latin America in logistics, warehouse control and customer service. I also sold insurance and worked in a contact centre. I've seen a business from the warehouse, from the phone line and from the dining room.
