From checking payments by hand to a system that runs itself.

The problem: Every booking meant checking the payment by hand and phoning instructors one by one. Admin was eating the season.
What we built: A self-running system: online booking in 4 languages with a 30% deposit paid through Stripe, automatic confirmation and an app for the team (PIN login, GPS clock-in, CRM and voice-note reports). Taxes and messages connected.
What changed: 10 minutes less admin for every booking, easier management and happier customers.

From an idea to an app you can already tap through.

The problem: Wellness apps give hundreds of tips and none of them tells you what to do today.
What we built: A clickable app from start to finish: a guided questionnaire that turns four wellness traditions into a plan for every day, designed screen by screen.
What changed: A prototype you can tap through like a real app, ready to show and test with users before building anything more.

Unha · Val d'Aran

From invisible online to bookings on the first weekend.

The problem: A bar tucked away in Unha, a village of about 75 neighbours on the way to Baqueira: invisible online, with bookings by phone only.
What we built: A website Google and ChatGPT understand (SEO and GEO): the real menu with allergens, Tony's story, Google reviews and two-tap WhatsApp bookings.
What changed: 2 new bookings the first weekend after launch, from people who found the bar online. And Klaros's first Google review.
